Job Description:

We seek a proactive and results-driven Telesales Insurance Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce insurance products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Developing and implementing effective telesales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to uncover opportunities for sales growth.
• Providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic enhancements.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Engaging in cross-selling opportunities and sharing best practices.
• Ensuring all telesales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Staying updated with the latest insurance products, services, and industry developments.
• Participating in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Completed 12th or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
