Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing exceptional service.

• Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborating on cross-selling opportunities and sharing best practices.
• Ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Staying updated with the latest insurance products, services, and industry developments. Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
